Job Description
We are seeking experienced individuals with a strong background in detailed planning of complex building structures (residential and multi-story office buildings). The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in various design software such as Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, and additional 3D modeling software (SketchUp or Rhino).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed architectural plans for complex residential and multi-story office buildings.
Ensure compliance with relevant Israeli building regulations and standards throughout the design process.
Utilize design software such as Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling software (SketchUp or Rhino) to create and modify architectural drawings.
Develop and present concept designs, renderings, and visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers and contractors, to integrate structural and technical requirements into the design plans.
Review and analyze construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to design intent.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
5+ years of experience in detailed planning and design of complex buildings, including residential and multi-story office buildings.
Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, and additional 3D modeling software (SketchUp or Rhino).
Strong knowledge of Israeli building regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with professionals from various disciplines.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
